Failed generation credits

Confirmed generation failures return reserved credits. If acceptance or delivery is uncertain, the task is reconciled first. A credit return is separate from a payment refund.

Payment refund requests

Contact support with the order identifier and reason for your request. A failed-task credit return does not automatically refund a payment. Requests are assessed under the purchase terms and applicable consumer rights.

Buy a one-time video pack with Card or PayPal. Each video is 10 seconds, and each casting mode uses one video allowance. Packs are valid for 365 days. No subscription or automatic renewal. USD 9.90 for 1 video (USD 9.90 per video); USD 19.90 for 3 videos (USD 6.63 per video); USD 29.90 for 5 videos (USD 5.98 per video).

One-time purchases

Video packs are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. You do not need to cancel a subscription. View orders in your billing area or contact support about a purchase or refund.
