The service

Cat Clapping creates new videos from predefined scene prompts using MiniMax H3 through Metaso. Uploaded images are visual appearance references for the person or pet in the generated scene. We do not provide AI face swapping or replace faces in existing photos or videos. Results may contain defects. Review them before publication or commercial use.

Content and permissions

You must have the rights and permissions needed for your inputs. Do not submit unlawful or infringing material, non-consensual intimate content, or use the service for impersonation, fraud or abuse.

AI content acceptable use policy (AUP)

This policy applies to uploaded images, prompts, generated videos and soundtracks, and content stored or shared through the service. Use photographs of adult people only. Upload your own photographs or material you are authorized to use, with explicit permission from any other person depicted. Consent does not permit otherwise prohibited content.

The following content is prohibited: (1) pornography, sexual content or nudity; (2) graphic violence, gore or animal cruelty; (3) hate speech, discriminatory abuse or incitement to violence; (4) child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualization of minors or other child exploitation; (5) deepfakes or impersonation of real people, including face swaps, nudification, fabricated statements or actions presented as authentic, and non-consensual intimate imagery; and (6) copyright or trademark infringement or violations of privacy and publicity rights.

Do not use the service to promote terrorism, facilitate serious harm or weapons of mass destruction, harass others, commit fraud, distribute deceptive misinformation, or generate spam. Do not bypass safety checks or access restrictions. Disclose that videos are AI-generated when sharing them; do not present a generated scene as evidence of an actual event or as a real person’s authentic statement or endorsement.

Content checks and reports

We use SeeAPI to check prompts and input images before generation and to check 32 sampled frames of each output before delivery. Flagged outputs are withheld and the task is treated as failed. Automated checks are supplemented by manual review of reported content and appeals by the operator. Sampling does not examine every frame or automatically review the complete soundtrack; a passed check does not guarantee that an output complies with this policy.

Report unsafe content, suspected violations or rights concerns to support@cat-clapping.com, using the subject “Content report”. Include the task or order identifier, a content URL if available, the reason for your report, relevant timestamps or supporting evidence, and a reply email. Rights complaints should also identify the protected work or right and your authority to report it. Do not send passwords, payment card details or copies of illegal material. A task identifier and description are sufficient to start a review; we will request additional information when needed.

Ordinary reports: we acknowledge receipt within 2 business days, complete an initial review and communicate a decision or progress update within 5 business days of receipt, and remove or disable access to confirmed violating content under our control within 2 business days of confirmation.

High-risk reports involving suspected child exploitation, terrorism, non-consensual intimate imagery or a credible threat of serious harm: we respond and begin priority review within 24 hours of receipt. On identifying a credible risk, we immediately withhold or disable access to the content under our control while investigating. Confirmed illegal or high-risk violating content is removed or access-disabled within 24 hours of confirmation, and referred to the appropriate authorities where legally required. These 24-hour periods are elapsed hours, including weekends and holidays.

Business days mean Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in China, using China Standard Time (UTC+8). If a complex investigation or missing information prevents completion within the stated review period, we notify the reporter before that period ends, explain the reason and expected completion date, and provide an update at least every 5 business days until closure. Temporary protective restrictions remain in place where warranted. An extension does not delay restrictions on identified high-risk content.

Violation handling and notification

We record the report, classify its severity, review the relevant content and task records, make a decision, apply the appropriate action and notify the reporter and affected account holder of the outcome and reasons, subject to privacy, security and legal restrictions. Reporter details are shared only as necessary to investigate or comply with law. Knowingly false or abusive reports are also prohibited.

Confirmed violations result in content removal or disabled access. Depending on severity and repetition, we may also issue a warning, block a generation request, restrict service access, suspend an account or terminate access for serious or repeated abuse. Suspected criminal activity is escalated to the competent authorities where required by law. Relevant records may be retained for the investigation and legal obligations as described in our Privacy Policy. We cannot remove copies that users have independently downloaded or published on third-party services, but can restrict the content and access we control. Any credit adjustment or cash refund remains subject to our Refund Policy and mandatory consumer rights.

Appeals

If you believe a content or account decision was mistaken, email support@cat-clapping.com with the subject “Content appeal”, the task or report identifier, and your reasons or additional evidence within 30 calendar days of the decision notice. We acknowledge appeals within 2 business days and complete a fresh manual review and communicate the outcome within 10 business days of receipt. If additional investigation is necessary, we explain the reason and expected completion date before that deadline and update you at least every 5 business days. Where an appeal succeeds, we reverse the restriction and restore access where lawful and technically possible.

Credits and tasks

The credit quote is shown before submission. Credits are reserved when you confirm and settled when the result is delivered. Confirmed generation failures return credits. If provider acceptance is uncertain, the reservation remains while the task is reconciled to avoid duplicate generation.

Purchases and support

Video packs are one-time purchases: USD 9.90 for 1 video, USD 19.90 for 3 videos, or USD 29.90 for 5 videos. Purchased allowances are valid for 365 days. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. The complete price, quantity and validity are shown before purchase. Contact support@cat-clapping.com with your order identifier for a payment or refund request; applicable purchase terms and mandatory consumer rights govern its handling. A confirmed generation failure returns the reserved video allowance separately from any cash refund.

Availability

Generation time and model availability depend on the provider. Model versions and parameters can change. Do not abuse the service with repeated requests, bypassed limits or shared access tokens.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Disclaimer of warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cat Clapping and its operator provide the service and AI-generated outputs on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without express, implied or statutory warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or accuracy. We do not warrant uninterrupted, secure or error-free operation, or that an output will be accurate, unique, suitable for your intended use or free from visual or audio defects.

AI-generated content. Outputs are synthetic and may contain inaccuracies, unexpected depictions or artifacts. Review them before use, publication or commercial distribution, including the necessary rights and permissions. Outputs are not professional legal, medical, financial or other advice and should not be relied on as such.

Exclusion of certain damages and liability cap. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cat Clapping and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or resulting loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities or data, arising from use of or inability to use the service or its outputs. Our aggregate liability for claims arising from the service or these Terms will not exceed the total amount you paid to Cat Clapping for the service during the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

Mandatory rights and exceptions. These exclusions and the cap apply only where legally permitted. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your mandatory consumer rights and any refund, re-performance or other remedy required by applicable law remain unaffected. The disclaimer does not override our express delivery and refund commitments.
